Privacy Policy

Sellers sign in with Clerk. We store the phone number or social account Clerk provides, plus the name and storefront link you choose during onboarding.

Guest buyers verify an email or phone number before they message a seller or check out. We keep that contact, the messages, and the snoffer they belong to so the conversation can continue.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. snoffer does not store card numbers. Order records include the amount, currency, Stripe session ID, and a reference to the guest session.

Analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry) may be used to understand how the product is used and to fix failures. Those tools receive usage and diagnostic data, not your payment card.

You can request account deletion by contacting support. We will remove the seller profile and associated account data, except records we must keep for payments, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
